Wholesale catalog is tax exempt for wholesale customers with reseller number on file and supports tiered volume discount calculations.

Dynamic shopping cart catalog with 3 category levels. Each product can be included in more than one category. Preview feature for viewing larger images or audio/video clips.

Dynamic catalog pages use custom HTML page design templates, which can include backgrounds, images, links, meta tags, style sheets, and JavaScript.

FrontPage and Dreamweaver navigation schemes and page templates can be used in conjuction with the AShop page templates for global updating of site layout.

Dynamic shopping cart catalogue, OrderForm, and OrderLink methods can be used simultaneously.

eBay stores can link to the shopping cart checkout system to process payments and provide secure delivery of digital products.

Shopping cart mode can be set for single or multiple products per order. When shopping cart mode is off, the buy button goes straight to checkout. When shopping cart mode is on, products are added to the cart.

Optional customer save cart feature.

Easy modification of store logo, background colors, borders and font type through browser administration panel.

Text that retail customers see on pages and in email notices is kept in editable language file sets. Images may be substituted where in place of text in some areas.

A language set is selectable by navigating to the language.php script and selecting from an array of flag images or a language can be specified in the URL to the catalogue, for instance from a web page where the content is in that same language.

Product attributes. For instance; selection of color, size, format, etc. for each product. Each product attribute alternative optionally can have it's own price, product file, and buy button. Tax, download, and shipping can optionally be overridden for each attribute alternative. Attributes can also be used for customers to enter comments for each product ordered. For instance; inscriptions, custom labels, or a comment specific to each product ordered.

Administrator can optionally limit the number of products displayed per page in the catalogue. Products are then displayed a page at a time for faster page loading when there are a large number of products per category.

Customer's IP address is recorded for each order and included in the administrator's e-mailed order notice.

Payment Processing Methods and Supported Payment Services

AShop Deluxe is compatible with many popular payment processors.

Offline credit card processing option collects number, exp date, security code for manual processing.

Manual payment options for payment by check, money order, or bank transfer. Option to deliver digital products before processing the order or after order activation. Option to activate manual orders immediately upon submission for delivering free products.

Unlimited payment options can be created. Processing fees can optionally be added to each payment option. When more than one payment option exists, customers have option to select method of payment.

When a manual payment option is selected, the store administrator receives an order notice with a link to activate the order. Upon receipt of payment by check or other method, activation of order automatically sends password for downloadable product(s) and/or delivers key code.

The payment confirmation (thank you) message can be set individually for each payment option.

eMailed receipts use customizable templates. HTML and plain text options.

Digital Product Delivery

Single or multiple downloadable files per product. Product files can be linked to attribute alternatives with a separate buy button and price for each alternative. The file size and type is automatically detected and displayed next to each buy button.

Password is generated and sent in e-mailed receipt with link to login and download product files.

Automatic Delivery option logs customers into the product file download page immediately following receipt of payment. (Not supported by all payment gateways.)

Number of downloads and password expiration duration can optionally be set for digital products.

e-Mail notification and password login for file download of digital product updates.

Key code (unlock code, activation code) lists can be stored in the database and e-mailed in receipt. Key codes are assigned to each customer record as they are purchased. Notice is e-mailed to the store administrator if a key code list is getting low or if there are none available to fill an order.

Resend feature for sending duplicate receipts to the customer's address or an alternate email address for customers with problem email addresses or overactive spam filters. Includes option to reactivate downloads for occassional customers who have trouble with browsers and downloads.

Send update feature for sending notices and providing subsequent file downloads to customers who have purchased a specific product. Includes from-to date selector so it can be used to send messages to customers who have purchased the product within a specific time span.

An unlimited number of directories can be set up with password protection. Passwords can be set to expire in a number of days. Passwords can also be managed using PA+, a third party software application.

2-Tier affiliate commission tracking. Tier-1 commissions are set per product by percentage or amount. Tier-2 commissions are set as a percentage of orders that are received from each affiliate's down line.

2-Level commission structure. Each product has two tier-1 commissions settings and there are two tier-2 percentage levels. Each affiliate is set to receive ether level 1 or level 2 (tier-1 and tier-2) commissions.

Automated affiliate sign up form and password generation for each affiliate to login and view stats, get link code or to change their contact information.

AShop Deluxe Licenced Per Site: Free program updates and technical support are included for one year with the one-time license fee. After the first year, updates and support may be subscribed to for a fee. Installation fees are additional. Free program updates are announced from time to time and made available for download.
